The conversion code runs on your own device, using your browser's built-in capabilities — your file is read into memory, transformed, and handed back to you as a download. It's never transmitted to us or stored anywhere.

It also means Any-format works the same whether your file is a vacation photo or something more sensitive — because either way, it never leaves your machine.
